Civil Process Services

Civil Process is one of the cornerstone aspects of I.S.I.S. We have been providing service of legal process for over 8 years in Virginia.

I.S.I.S. began as a one person operation and has evolved into a leader in the area of Civil Process Service. Our process servers receive training on all aspects of legal types of delivery. I.S.I.S. currently provides services in Richmond, tricities, Tidewater, Northern Virginia, and has the ability to contract with other process servers in various other parts of the state VA. and has the ability to contract with other process servers in other states. At I.S.I.S we believe in quality of service. You can rest assured that we make every effort to ensure professional and prompt service on your documents. We take pride in our ability to assist our clients in obtaining correct information on defendants and companies in order to ensure prompt and efficient service.

Process serving is much more that an ability to transport documents from one location to another in a timely manner. It is about tracking and sourcing information so that when called upon by our clients we can provide detailed information on when, where and what type of service was provided.

We offer five levels of service

  Service within 5 - 10 business days
• Rush Delivery
  Service within 48 hours.
• Same Day Service
  Service within 24 hours
• After Hours Service
  Service between the hours of 5:00pm and 8:00am

Clients with large accounts may qualify to receive discounts on our service rates!
